勞動部令:核釋「外國人從事就業服務法第四十六條第一項第八款至第十一款工作資格及審查標準」第14條之7第1項第4款但書所稱「轉換之事由不可歸責於雇主者」之情形,自即日生效
MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 4, Paragraph 1, Article 14-7 of “Reviewing Standards and Employment Qualifications for Foreigners Engaging in the Jobs Specified in Subparagraph 8 to 11, Paragraph 1, Article 46 of the Employment Service Act” which stipulates situations for “the reason for such transfer is not attributable to the employer” specified in the said Subparagraph (interpretive rule becomes effective from 13th, June 2018)
